Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by RDPWARE.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any RDPWARE service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

RDPWARE provides remote desktop and related services as described on our website at the time of purchase.

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, speed, or uptime.

Service specifications, pricing, and features may change at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

You are solely responsible for:

  • All activities performed on your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Any action taken using your service, whether authorized or not

RDPWARE is not responsible for misuse caused by compromised credentials.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

You agree that you will:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Follow all rules outlined in the AUP

Violation of the AUP constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4. Orders, Payments & Billing

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Payments must be made in advance
  • All payments are final once the service is delivered
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation

RDPWARE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Refund Policy

All refunds are governed strictly by our official Refund Policy, available at: https://rdpware.com/refund-policy/

By purchasing any service from RDPWARE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy in full.

Cancellation of a service will stop future billing only and does not automatically entitle you to a refund, unless the request meets the eligibility conditions stated in the Refund Policy.

No refunds will be issued outside the terms outlined on the Refund Policy page.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

RDPWARE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The Acceptable Use Policy is violated
  • Abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected
  • Continued service poses a risk to infrastructure or other users

Termination may include service shutdown, data removal, and permanent denial of future services.

7. Data & Backups

You are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data
  • Protecting your files and configurations

RDPWARE is not responsible for data loss due to service termination, system failure, security incidents, or user actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDPWARE shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business
  • Service downtime or interruptions
  • IP reputation or blacklisting issues

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDPWARE from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Violation of these Terms or the AUP
  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

10. No Warranties

RDPWARE makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or service reliability.

All services are provided without warranties of any kind.

RDPWARE may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Final Authority

All decisions regarding service management, enforcement, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding.
