At RDPWARE, we aim to provide reliable services and a smooth experience for our customers. However, we understand that in certain situations a refund request may be necessary. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.
By placing an order with RDPWARE, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase time
- A clear and valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided
- The service must not have been abused, misused, or violated our policies
Refunds are issued only after review and approval by our support team.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and detailed reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed manually. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on compliance with this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
3.1 Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the RDP service after purchase.
3.2 IP Address Issues
All RDP services are delivered with fresh IP addresses.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- An IP address is blacklisted
- An IP cannot be used to create or access accounts on third-party platforms
In rare cases, we may offer a one-time IP replacement, at our discretion. This does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
3.3 Lack of Technical Knowledge
Refunds will not be granted due to:
- Inexperience with RDP or VPS usage
- Misunderstanding of how the service works
Our support team is available to assist, but lack of technical knowledge is not a valid refund reason.
3.4 Wrong Plan Selection
If you purchase the wrong plan by mistake:
- Contact our support team for assistance
- Any plan upgrade or change requires payment of the price difference
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect plan selection.
3.5 Cryptocurrency Payments
All cryptocurrency payments are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
3.6 Inability to Use the Service
Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to use the service due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Travel or vacation
- Lack of time
- Personal unavailability
3.7 Policy Violations
No refund will be issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you:
- Open a dispute without a valid reason
- Open a dispute after using the service
- Attempt a chargeback in violation of this policy
Your service may be immediately terminated without refund, and future orders may be permanently restricted.
Payment providers, including PayPal, process disputes based on our Refund Policy, which you agree to at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with RDPWARE, you confirm that:

- You agree to all refund terms and conditions
- You accept our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
