Refund Eligibility

We offer a 24-hour refund policy for customers who have valid reasons for being unhappy with our services. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear explanation of why you are dissatisfied with our product or service within 24 hours of your purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

No Refund Policy

While we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, there are certain situations where refunds will not be provided:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the RDP service, refunds will not be provided.
  • Issues Related to IP Addresses: We ensure that all our RDPs come with fresh and unused IP addresses. However, we do not offer refunds if an IP address is blacklisted or cannot be used to create accounts on third-party websites. In rare cases, we may offer a one-time IP address change if necessary.
  • Lack of Technical Knowledge: If you are unfamiliar with how to use an RDP/VPS server, we encourage you to reach out for support. However, a lack of knowledge is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • Mistaken Plan Selection: If you accidentally purchase the wrong plan, contact us, and we will assist in adjusting your plan. Any price difference must be paid before the change is made.
  • Crypto Payments Are Non-Refundable: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, crypto payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Inability to Use the Server: If you are unable to use the server due to personal reasons (e.g., being on vacation or unavailable), no refunds will be provided.
  • Terms of Service Violation: No refund will be given if you violate our Terms of Service.

Note: If you do not agree with the above rules, please DO NOT place an order. If you open a dispute without any reason or after using our service, then no refund will be made in any case as well as your service will also be terminated.
