Refund Eligibility

We offer a 24-hour refund policy for customers who have valid reasons for being unhappy with our services. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear explanation of why you are dissatisfied with our product or service within 24 hours of your purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

No Refund Policy

While we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, there are certain situations where refunds will not be provided:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the RDP service, refunds will not be provided.
  • Issues Related to IP Addresses: Issues related to IP addresses, such as being blacklisted or inability to create accounts on third-party websites, are not covered by our refund policy. However, we assure you that all our RDPs come with fresh and new IP addresses. In exceptional cases, we can change the IP address once if necessary.
  • Lack of Knowledge: If you are unsure how to use the VPS/RDP server, please contact us for assistance. We are here to help you with any technical queries.
  • Mistaken Plan Selection: If you accidentally select the wrong plan during the purchase process, please contact us, and we will adjust your plan accordingly. Any price differences will be settled by paying the remaining amount.
  • Inability to Use the Server: If you were unable to use the server due to personal reasons such as being on vacation or out of station, refunds will not be provided.
  • Terms of Service Violation: No refund will be given if you violate our Terms of Service.

If you open a dispute without any reason or after using our service, then no refund will be made in any case as well as your service will also be terminated.
