By purchasing, accessing, or using any RDPWARE service, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.
1. Intended Use
RDPWARE services are provided only for legal, safe, and responsible use.
You are fully responsible for all actions performed on your account, including activities carried out by anyone who gains access using your credentials.
Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
- Business and personal remote work
- Software development, testing, and administration
- Data management and analysis
- Daily productivity and remote access tasks
All usage must comply with local, national, and international laws.
2. Prohibited Activities
To maintain security, stability, and fair usage, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal or Abusive Activities
- Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Identity theft or financial abuse
- Use of stolen, leaked, or unauthorized accounts
2.2 Hacking, Attacks & Network Abuse
- Hacking, cracking, or brute-force attempts
- DDoS, DoS, amplification, or stress testing
- Botnets or command-and-control servers
- Network scanning or unauthorized penetration testing
2.3 Malware & Harmful Software
- Viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or trojans
- Keyloggers, backdoors, or unauthorized remote tools
- Crypters, droppers, loaders, or evasion software
2.4 Spam & Mass Messaging
- Sending spam or bulk emails
- Unsolicited SMS or messaging campaigns
- WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or social media spam
- Automation for unsolicited outreach or account abuse
2.5 Cryptocurrency & Resource Abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining (CPU or GPU)
- Mining pools, validators, or farming nodes
- Any high-resource or abusive blockchain activity
Trading, wallets, and exchanges are allowed. Mining is strictly forbidden.
2.6 Content Violations
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Pornography involving minors
- Terrorism-related or extremist content
- Severe violence or hate-based material
3. Resource Usage & Fair Use
RDPWARE enforces strict fair-use limits.
You must not:
- Run continuous high CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth workloads
- Operate 24/7 heavy background processes
- Perform benchmarking, load testing, or stress testing
Services impacting platform stability may be restricted, throttled, or terminated immediately.
4. Account Access & Sharing
- Only the purchased number of users may connect at the same time
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access without permission is prohibited
- You must keep your login credentials secure
- Attempts to bypass usage limits will result in termination
5. Software & Licensing
- All installed software must be legally licensed
- Pirated, cracked, or modified software is prohibited
- You are solely responsible for software compliance
RDPWARE is not liable for any licensing violations.
6. Security & Monitoring
To protect infrastructure and comply with legal obligations:
- System activity may be monitored or logged
- Suspicious behavior may be investigated without notice
- Data may be preserved or disclosed when legally required
There is no expectation of privacy during abuse investigations.
7. Enforcement & Termination
RDPWARE reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services immediately
- Remove harmful content or processes
- Permanently restrict future access
All payments are non-refundable in cases of policy violation or abuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
RDPWARE is not responsible for:
- Service suspension or termination
- Data loss or downtime
- IP blacklisting or reputation issues
- Business loss or indirect damages
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDPWARE from any claims arising from your usage.
9. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Final Authority
All decisions regarding policy enforcement are final and binding.
